1) Insert your USB Programming Cable.

2)

Launch Device Manager.

3) Select: Ports (COM & LPT)

It is recommended that the driver be backdated to iii.2.0.0 if:

A - A yellow warning triangle appears nether 'Ports' or 'Other Devices'
B - The Prolific 'Phased Out' message appears

Installing the Backdated Prolific PL-2303 Driver 3.2.0.0
